Create a new document.
Draw a line in the centre using the Line Segment tool to denote the fold line. Lock this layer.
Set up guides at 1/4" all around.
Open a new layer and lock the previous one. Form two rectangles and fill them with colour.
For the back of the note card, change the two rectangles into a pattern and then create a rectangle. Fill it with the pattern.
Create a thin rectangle and then put the URL for the company above it. On the back of the card at the centre put the name of the company and the parent company name above it using Text on a path. Then create a 20 point star to fill in the space. Finally add the address and phone numbers at the bottom. The back of the card is finished.
Group everything and use the Rotate tool to turn the piece 180 degrees and move it up.
Ungroup the back. Choose the title and hold the Alt key down to copy it. Using the Rotate tool turn it 180 degrees and move it to the front and bottom. Move it to a new layer. Create a new layer and move it below.
Draw a large circle. Then open the Scribble filter to make the circle more exciting.
Make a 5 point star. Change it's transparency to Lighten.
Finally, duplicate the star. Change it's transparency to normal.
